Reesa D. Hedrick
Reesa Hedrick practices in the areas of real estate, real estate title, energy, oil and gas, Petroleum Marketing Practices Act, and commercial transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, foreclosures, loan workouts.
Ms. Hedrick represents Fortune 500 energy companies in the management and large scale divestiture of real estate and energy assets located throughout the United States, including Alabama, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington. For example, Ms. Hedrick’s experience includes asset disposition, acquisition, auction of surplus assets, handling and management of leasehold sites for Shell Oil Company.
Prior to her joining the Firm, Ms. Hedrick was the Texas General Counsel for NETCO, Vice President and Counsel for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, and the Briefing and Research Attorney to Chief Justice J. Curtiss Brown of the 14th Court of Appeals.
