Megan D. Richardson

Megan Richardson practices in the Firm’s litigation group where her principal area of practice is commercial litigation. This includes defense of claims related to medical negligence, negligent credentialing, employment and other hospital related matters around the United States, with a special emphasis on inter-corporate liability and corporate structure issues.

Ms. Richardson also consults on and participates in deposition preparation for and depositions of senior management officers. Ms. Richardson also represents area hospitals in general business matters and in relation to HIPAA compliance.
